Sneak Empowerment In The "Back Door"!

 

Today, I’m going to explain to you how to be empowered…even if you don’t think you can be.

 

The benefit of what I’m going to tell you is that you will forever have more control in your life and feel more fulfilled with this method that only I have the chops to teach you.

 

Know this – The more you feel in control, the more empowered and fulfilled you will feel.

 

Furthermore, the more options you have, the more empowered and fulfilled you will feel.  More options are always better than fewer options.

 

If you have a bad habit or something in your life that (you believe) you can’t control, then take heart.

 

Here’s why.

 

This is a weird yet totally remarkable technique to instantly put yourself back in the driver’s seat in the car of your life.

 

Before I tell you how, you’ve got to be committed to making the change once you realize you’re in total control.  So get committed. 

 

Enough. 

 

Here’s how to do it – In a nutshell, you’re going to temporarily do more of what you’re doing to prove to yourself you have control over these actions. 

 

Now seems to be the right time for a disclaimer, don’t you think?  Here goes – This article is just for information and to provoke thought and you can use it how you will at your own risk or benefit.

 

Here’s the example.  Say you’re always late for meetings.  And you think, “Gee, but I just can’t help myself.”  You are always late no matter what. 

 

Here’s what to do to “sneak in empowerment through the back door” – If you’re always late, then…as insane as this sounds…be twice as late!  If you always are lagging by 15 minutes, get there 15 minutes late.  And then don’t go inside.  Go take a walk.  Whistle a tune.  Buy yourself some coffee and hang out in the waiting room.  Chat up the secretaries (or do I have to call them administrative assistants?).  Kick back and burn up some time!

 

You get the idea.

 

If you are overweight and feel helpless and hopeless, here’s what to do.  But remember…when you do this, as soon as you realize that you’re in control, you have to commit yourself to healthy eating and exercise.  

 

Here it is.  The sharp readers out there already know what I’m going to say.  If you think you can’t control your weight, I now command you to gain 3 pounds in the next week.  Do it because YOU ARE IN CONTROL!  Take yourself out to the all-you-can-eat buffet.  Screw the guilt.  Be a glutton and gain EXACTLY (no more) than 3 pounds.  Tell yourself, “Hey, I’m empowering myself and proving I AM in control of my weight…I might as well enjoy it!”  Stuff yourself silly.

 

If you bite your nails too much and it’s a bad habit, then…that’s right…you guessed…bite them twice as much!  But do it consciously!  Wake up to the temporary enjoyment and give ‘em a good last biting because you’re about to quit the habit once and for all.   Mmmm…nails…

 

Here’s my point – You do more of what you don’t want yourself to do for one simple reason – to demonstrate, as plainly and obviously as you can, that you are in control.  These aren’t auto-pilot programs that drive you.  You drive them. 

 

What these experiences do for you is they give you a reference point for you so if you want to whine and say, “Bleh, but I just don’t have control over this…”  Then your unconscious mind, as crafty as it is, will immediately pop into your mind and say, “Wait a minute buster!  Don’t you remember that time when we did this twice as much?  And you had total control over it?  Well, you have total control over this action now too!  So knock it off…”

 

And that’s what I want.  You see, as a master hypnotist, I want your unconscious mind to work for you.  These reference experiences give you solid, undeniable proof that you really do…as a matter of fact…have control over your actions.  And having control over your actions (and realizing that you do) is truly empowering.

 

Of course, as soon as you do this and become aware that you are in charge, you have to commit yourself to changing that habit forever.  You already know you have control over it so now it’s just a matter of performing whatever action you want consistently in the way you want.  That’s what makes this change process so easy.

 

By reading this article, you will never again have an excuse to say that something is outside of your control.  Bad habits vanish.  You enjoy total empowerment.
